Nothing on the platform constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. 3. Description of Service
Clausinator is an AI-powered platform that analyses residential lease agreements. The Service includes clause auditing, rights explanations, and dispute letter generation. All analysis is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended for informational purposes only.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to lease documents you upload. Clausinator retains all rights to the platform, its design, and generated outputs (reports, letters). You may use outputs for personal or business purposes but may not resell them without permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you do not have the right to share
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All reports and letters are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to produce accurate, jurisdiction-appropriate analysis, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be free from errors. Users should verify critical findings with a local tenant rights organisation or attorney.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the AI analysis is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clausinator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
